Our programs are structured around a competency framework comprising 8 dimensions.
We tailor our personal development plans to different role levels:
For example, a category manager who will need to have a higher level of competence with respect to “strategic
insight” than a buyer. Therefore a different training plan per role (or even per individual) is needed. They can be adapted to fit your companies’ needs and can also form the basis of a co-branded certification program (your company and Purchasing Practice).
Challenging development programs, which prepare you to become a functional expert in Procurement:
There are training plans for no less than 5 distinctive procurement roles i.e. procurement managers or senior/junior/operational buyers. The programs can be standard or tailored to company specific needs.
They run over a 4 months to 3 year period and are a combination of E-courses, Competencies and (optional) class workshops.
At the end of the program, there is an assessment over the entire program. Upon a 70% score, you are entitled to a valuable certificate like for example “(Senior) Expert in Procurement”.
