• Working with you:

We will carry out a diagnostic of what you buy and how you buy it. Using the information we collect from your organization we will analyze your spend and identify potential opportunities for cost reduction or improvement.

We will identify where you are exposed to unacceptable risk or terms and we will provide meaningful plans as to how you can implement more effective spend management strategies in your organization. We will also review the systems you use for purchasing and your purchasing team.

Following a diagnostic or agreement of a specific project we will jointly deliver savings by putting in place new sourcing arrangements and negotiating improved terms and cost for your high spend areas and key suppliers.

• Organization & Capability Assessment:

We will assess your current purchasing function in the context of your business and any future aims and aspirations and identify what is working well and where the opportunities to improve and develop the operation lie. This will include competency assessment of your purchasing team, review of the processes you use and the development of a ‘future state’ vision.
