Urgent Seasonal Role
” We have a client in Northern Scandinavia in the global parcel distribution business who has an urgent need for an interim logistics and distribution manager. They have a particularly heavy work load peaking on 24 December.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with warehousing, packing, gift wrapping and large-scale parcel distribution. There is also a manufacturing facility on-site and this , together with the warehouse and distribution centre, is run by a large workforce of people of diminished stature. The candidate should be comfortable working with smaller people and a knowledge of the local Elvish dialect of the Lapp language would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will also be experienced in managing animal workers that are used as a key part of the distribution network. One of these, Rudder Reindolf, is highly skilled in solving complex distribution algorithms and is regarded as a leading light in transportation and navigation issues.
Extensive night time travel is required with this role but the client will provide warm, colourful, workwear.”
